Design
Layout, materials and lighting work together to give the space its character. The drawings and technical detail are defined around the service your project needs.

The way to your vision.
RAEVIA is an Egyptian design, execution and finishing studio. We bring the creative and practical sides of a project together, shaping residential and commercial spaces around the people who use them.
WHO WE ARE
A considered space starts
with understanding you.
A home should support the way you live. A workplace should make everyday work easier. A commercial space should express the character of the business it represents. For us, good design begins with understanding that purpose.
We consider layout, proportion, light, materials and detail as parts of the same whole. Our role is to connect those decisions with the realities of the site, the agreed scope and the investment you feel comfortable making.
Whether you need a design, a complete design-and-build journey, or execution based on existing drawings, the starting point is the same: a clear brief and a shared understanding of what the space needs to become.
WHAT WE DO
One direction, from idea to detail.
Execution
We connect approved drawings with work on site. Planning, coordination and review help keep the agreed scope and design intent present throughout execution.

Surfaces, joinery and fittings shape what you see and use every day. We consider their appearance, suitability, maintenance and how they meet.

Clarity at every stage.
We begin by understanding your priorities, then develop the design together. Where execution is part of your service, we coordinate the work and review the final details with you.
